Billy Cain

President and Founder

Mr. Billy Cain serves as President of Fishbone Energy Services and Fishbone Safety Solutions.  His career spans for more than thirty-five years. Mr. Cain has experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with never a compromise of Safety, including Site Manager, Project Manager, Manager of Projects, Vice-President, General Superintendent, Construction Engineer, and Estimator. His strongest contributions include management, supervision, planning, scheduling, progress reporting, and cost control. As the founder of Fishbone Energy Services and Fishbone Safety Solutions, Mr. Cain continues to be the force behind the development and growth of programs that support the petrochemical industry in all areas of Upstream, Midstream and Downstream. Mr. Cain is a Board of Directors Member for ABC-Coastal Bend Chapter in Corpus Christi, a member of the Houston Business Roundtable, a member of the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region, and a member of the ACIT-Association of Chemical Industries of Texas.

Jim Hicks

Vice President

Jim brings over 30 years of international and domestic HSE leadership and success within the refining, petro-chem, and nuclear engineering & construction arenas as well as bulk handling operations and maintenance and EPC projects.

He was awarded TSA Safety Manager of the Year in 2004 and NCS Texas Division Safety Manger of the Year in 2006. Internationally, Jim has worked in Colombia, Venezuela, Canada, Africa, Indonesia, Aruba and St. Croix.

Jim is certified as a Safety & Health Auditor by the Institute of Internal Auditors and is a 30 year member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.

Stephen Snider

BUSINESS dEVELOPMENT

Mr. Snider has extensive experience in both the downstream and upstream segments of the energy industry, giving him a unique understanding of operational needs of the operational value chain.

Mr. Snider has a history of building strong business cultures that are ethically driven, dedicated to operational excellence and optimum efficiency and profitability. In his career, Mr. Snider has been a part of several private equity backed energy companies. By driving solid revenue growth and effectively managing operations, the companies experienced strong enterprise value growth that resulted in considerable liquidity events for the equity groups at divesture.

Mr. Snider graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a double major in Economics and Political Science

Bo Atkinson

Safety and rescue management

Mr. Bo Atkinson, brings 27+ years of experience in managing and providing Safety and Emergency Rescue for the Petrochemical industry. Responsibilities at Fishbone Safety, LLC, include management of the company’s Field Safety Teams which include the Standby Rescue Teams. In addition to field safety management, Mr. Atkinson oversees the Safety Training Division and is certified to deliver all required safety training programs offered by Fishbone Safety, LLC..

sHEILA

Prisco

Sheila Prisco has over 30 year’s management and accounting experience in the refining and petrochemical industries. Prior to Fishbone, Sheila worked in the industry as a secretary and has worked her way up the ladder to become a GM and an Accounting Manager. Sheila is a woman of all trades; invoicing, payroll, contract negotiations, with her main area of expertise in Accounting. Today, her responsibilities include managing Fishbone’s Accounting department, providing financial planning, financial analysis, purchasing and cost management. When Sheila isn’t at work she is a full-time French Bulldog mom and Jeep enthusiast.

Peredez

Jesse Peredez is Fishbone’s South Texas Business Development Professional. With over 28 years in the refining sector Jesse brings an abundance of skill and value to the Fishbone Family of Companies. Specializing in sales, supervision, process safety management, turnaround and maintenance planning, and field project management, Jesse’s entrusted to maintain current accounts, generate new accounts, develop customer relations, generate quotes, and ensures safety on all jobs. 

Cricket

Castro

Ms. Kristi “Cricket” Castro brings 20+ years of management experience in departmental management. Responsibilities include management and administration of Occ-Med, a division of Fishbone companies, Ltd. Occ-Med Services specializes in pre-employment medical screening for both DOT and NON-DOT programs. Ms. Castro manages both in house and satellite offices to include client site programs for full service medical screening.

Joseph

Ibanez

Currently, Joseph Ibanez is the SCBA Program Manager at Fishbone. Joseph is a certified EMT-B with hands-on experience in emergency situations. In the United States Air Force, Joseph trained in basic life-support and extrications. Involved in a wide range of incidents including auto accidents/fires, patient care/stabilization/transportation, various aircraft incidents, and wild land firefighting. As a student, Joseph continued his education on Aircraft Extrication and Firefighting Tactics, Confined Space Rescue I/II Certification, Instructor/Officer/Inspector I Certification and Hazmat Technician/Incident Commander. Joseph has extensive experience working in plants that include, Confined Space Rescue, Tank Degassing, and Pipe Rack Stress Relieving. At Fishbone, Joseph developed a SCBA program for industrial rescue application and established an In-house service agreement with 3M/Scotts.  Fishbone depends on Joseph to do repairs, test and monitor the SCBA program for Eastern and Southern Texas divisions adhering to OSHA and NIOSH regulations, as well as invoice, billing, and quotes for clients.

MATT

Bitoni

Eluterio “Matt” Bitoni, III is a Firefighter-turned- Safety Coordinator passionate about safety, rescue and fire protection. He is a State Certified Fire Extinguisher Technician and coordinates and is responsible for the service and sales of fire extinguishers within the company while implementing safety strategies that help his clients increase awareness of Fire safety. Matt has worked in public safety for over 27 years and contributed an additional 8 years in plant and industrial safety. Fishbone utilizes Matt’s motivation, reliability, and productivity and his proven ability to deliver in all situations including emergency response.
When he isn’t working, you’ll find Matt reading on the beach, hunting or fishing.

Julianna

Power

Julianna Power is one of the newest additions to the Fishbone family and will work on several Projects as Safety Coordinator. She is thrilled to join the Fishbone team and has prior experience within the industry. Juli is proud to be in this position, in her own words, “I take pride in being a part of a local business rooted in Deer Park. Fishbone is not just about safety; they are forming lifetime bonds with the community.” Julianna has a degree in Natural Science and has recently completed COSS. Julianna is assisting in documenting and implementing the Fishbone Electronic permitting System for one of our clients, and is also highly involved in client relations and account management for Fishbone Safety and Rescue Division.
